Job summary

Celero Communications seeks an entrepreneurially-minded Marketing Director to lead global go-to-market for our DSP product line. You will bridge advanced chip design with market adoption, drafting technical whitepapers, launching campaigns, and securing anchor customer design wins.

You will report to the VP of Marketing and shape growth strategy, pricing, messaging, and ecosystem partnerships while collaborating with engineering, sales, and operations to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical communications or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or business development specifically within the coherent DSP and optical networking.
• Deep understanding of DSP architectures, signal processing algorithms and optical module ecosystems.
• Startup mindset with self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Global exposure: experience launching products or engaging customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision, business cases, and product roadmap based on market data and ROI.
• Develop pricing strategies, margins, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
• Translate DSP architecture into high-impact value propositions for engineering executives and architects.
• Drive market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and differentiation opportunities.
• Partner with leadership and sales to secure early-stage design wins with Hyperscalers and module makers.
• Gather customer feedback and competitive intelligence to shape silicon development and roadmap.
