Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in transplantation, organ perfusion, medical devices, clinical education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in clinical training, professional education, or clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the clinical training strategy for Heart, Lung, Liver, and Kidney platforms.
• Own training SOPs and lead programs for clinicians and surgeons.
• Lead a global team of Training Program Managers and educators.
• Standardize onboarding, certification, and recertification across regions.
• Partner with surgical directors to develop surgeon education for transplant teams.
• Ensure training aligns with IFU, indications, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop curricula, simulations, assessments, and digital learning materials.
• Establish competency requirements and oversee assessments and certifications.
• Align training with staffing, case volume, and geographic expansion.
• Prepare teams for clinical trials, product launches, and new indications.
• Maintain training records and drive improvements from feedback and data.
• Manage budget, staffing, and resources while promoting patient safety.
