Job summary

BioSpace seeks a senior medical leader to drive clinical development strategy and lead trial design across programs. You will shape regulatory submissions and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

The role requires MD with US license and 15+ years in biologics development, with strong collaboration and leadership skills to guide programs from preclinical to regulatory approval.

Qualifications

• MD and US medical license, with 15+ years of clinical drug development related experience in the research and development of novel biologics.
• Expertise in preclinical, translational and early clinical development.
• Extensive academic and pharma collaborative network.
• Track record of program leadership and achieve goals in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, plan and execution of clinical trials and overall clinical development plans.
• Serve as top representative for clinical development/medical strategy.
• Lead the Clinical Development team with cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with Regulatory and Data Science for analyses and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and maintain clinical development budgets and resource forecasting.
• Cultivate collaborations with KOLs, investigators and corporate partners.
