Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressive asset management marketing experience in channel or client marketing.
• Deep understanding of institutional, wealth, and intermediary client segments and firms.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to execute messaging for institutions and financial advisors.
• Strategic thinking with an innovative mindset.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead annual client marketing plans by channel and sub-segment, translating priorities into programs.
• Campaign Development and Management: Shape and execute client-focused campaigns on strategy, messaging, and budget.
• Lead scoring and automated nurture campaigns: Oversee programs for MQL delivery and SQL conversion.
• Messaging Strategy: Define differentiated messaging grounded in client-segment knowledge to drive engagement.
• Sales Enablement: Guide team in sales enablement tactics informed by segment expertise and client journeys.
• Content and Event: Lead development of custom content and integrated event marketing for institutions and advisors.
