Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Senior Director of Analyst Relations to lead and evolve our global AR program. You will drive multi-year strategy, build a structured AR framework, and lead marquee evaluations across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and more.

You will partner with executive leadership to align AR insights with content, PR, and GTM initiatives, manage budgets, and build a high-performing AR team driving measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale a global AR program with strategic planning.
• Experience managing marquee evaluations (Gartner MQ, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape) across 2–3 year cycles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year analyst relations strategy and roadmap.
• Build and manage AR program architecture with tiered analyst segmentation and annual planning cycles.
• Set AR goals and KPIs tied to business outcomes such as category positioning and GTM activation.
• Collaborate with Content & Communications to align AR insights with messaging and brand positioning.
• Lead marquee evaluations and coordinate cross-functional teams for positioning, references, and demos.
• Host analyst events, advisory days, and executive roundtables to deepen understanding of strategy and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Product Management to translate analyst feedback into roadmap priorities.
