Job summary

GreenArrow is seeking a Vice President of Accounting to lead accounting operations across a multi-entity portfolio and support growth. Reporting to the CFO, this role will standardize close processes, oversee financial reporting, and drive system implementations and acquisition integrations across the portfolio.

Based in Chesterfield, MO, this hybrid position partners with operations and finance leadership to ensure GAAP compliance, robust internal controls, and scalable financial infrastructure

Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting leadership experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure services, or a project-based environment.
• Strong expertise in ASC 606 percentage-of-completion accounting, WIP reporting, job costing, and project financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-entity accounting operations and regional leadership.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with GAAP compliance.
• Standardize close calendars, reporting packages, and internal controls across the organization.
• Drive ERP implementations and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead acquisitions integration and the onboarding of acquired businesses into GreenArrow's financial platform.
