Dow Jones Energy seeks an Executive Director - Chemical Markets Price Reporting to lead its global chemicals price reporting business. You will oversee editorial teams responsible for benchmark prices, assessments, and market-moving news across petrochemical markets within the PCW brand.

Houston, TX-based role reporting to the SVP - Markets & Price Reporting, you will drive editorial excellence, ensure methodological integrity, and collaborate with product, compliance, risk, and editorial

Qualifications

Extensive leadership of editorial/price reporting teams.
Experience developing benchmark price assessments and methodologies.
Strong knowledge of IOSCO principles for oil price reporting agencies.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a global team of chemicals price reporters, editors, and market specialists.
Ensure price assessments meet integrity, transparency, and governance standards.
Lead methodology development and stakeholder engagement for pricing practices.
Build relationships with producers, consumers, traders, brokers, and exchanges.
Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure regulatory alignment.
Partner with Product to execute strategic roadmap for market coverage.
Monitor performance and adjust methodologies based on market feedback.
Recruit and retain top editorial talent and ensure succession planning.
Represent Dow Jones Energy as a senior spokesperson at industry events.
