Job summary

Kardion Inc. is seeking a seasoned Manager, Global Business Systems to own and scale our enterprise platforms across the U.S. and Europe.

You will lead ERP implementations, including NetSuite, and build the commercial systems needed to sell, ship, and support our heart pump system in hospitals. Collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams will shape the system roadmap, data governance, and intercompany processes as Kardion moves toward commercial launch.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business systems experience, including leading multiple system implementations (at least one ERP).
• Experience across ERP, CRM, eQMS, PLM, HRIS, and integrations between them.
• Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, and manufacturing processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory).
• Experience managing implementation partners, vendors, and system budgets.
• Experience in a medical device, pharma, or biotech company.
• Able to explain trade-offs to executives and non-technical users.
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced startup environment.
• Preferred: NetSuite OneWorld experience; experience launching commercial systems for medical devices; international operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Own global business systems roadmap across ERP, quality management, PLM, HR, commercial tools.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, HR, and Commercial.
• Lead system selection: requirements, demos, cost, contracts, business cases.
• Manage budgets, licenses, and vendor relationships; define data architecture and one source of truth.
