Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 8–10+ years progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure.
• Biotech/pharma experience and GAAP knowledge preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead general ledger, month-end and year-end close activities and complex reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and purchasing functions and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, FP&A to improve processes and financial reporting quality.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
