Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an HR operations specialist to support the employee life cycle and deliver outstanding HCM services globally. The role partners with global HCM teams, compliance, product and engineering to ensure onboarding, offboarding, compliance and talent management activities run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will handle HRIS data administration, data validation, reporting and process improvements, while maintaining strong documentation and stakeholder engagement across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR business related role and operations.
• Collaborative team player with flexibility and a can-do attitude in a global environment.
• Experience working with global teams, vendor management and HR risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage HCM operations processes globally, including HRIS data administration and accuracy.
• Partner with global teams to support onboarding, offboarding, compliance and talent management activities.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting and insights to support HR decisions; maintain SLAs.
