Job summary

TriSearch is seeking a Program Product Manager to own end-to-end product development from prototype to production. You will bridge internal teams and overseas manufacturing partners, driving milestones, schedules, and quality.

The role requires 5–8 years in program/product/project management, strong organizational skills, and hands-on vendor negotiations. Hybrid in Charleston with regular Asia-time coordination and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in program management, project management, product management, or related operations.
• Direct experience with overseas manufacturing or physical consumer products/hardware strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator capable of driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive self-starter with a strong backbone—able to manage tough vendor negotiations and communicate under pressure.
• Experience or comfort managing a direct report or overseas partner across time zones.
• Proficient with project-tracking tools and quick to adopt existing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product development lifecycle from initial prototyping through mass production, ensuring gates and decisions are met.
• Build and drive the master development schedule with milestones, dependencies, and risks (Asana).
• Directly manage an overseas contractor/liaison coordinating factory visits, quality checks, and translation support.
• Negotiate with overseas factories and development partners across Asian time zones to protect timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across Design, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal.
• Identify and surface risks, bottlenecks, and packaging/compliance issues before they affect the schedule.
