Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Enterprise Asset Program Manager to own and operate its global hardware asset program across PCs, Macs, mobile devices, and loaners. You will define the strategy, governance, and lifecycle processes, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Security, and HR to ensure data accuracy and policy compliance.

This hands‑on role runs end‑to‑end for ~21,500 employees and 60,000+ devices, driving cost discipline, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership while integrating asset

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end asset management ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience at large enterprise scale (50,000+ assets).
• Hands-on CMDB/ServiceNow data integration, data hygiene and governance.
• Ability to manage full asset lifecycle across device types (including mobile).
• Experience with ITIL change/release management.
• Engineering mindset toward process and systems.
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost management).
• Ability to present governance materials to senior leadership (RACI, SLAs).
• Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security.

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy, roadmap, and operating model with cross-functional governance.
• Establish and enforce hardware governance framework and standards.
• Own customization and exception governance for non-standard requests.
• Collaborate with global VAR vendors and stakeholder teams.
• Define persona-based hardware standards and device catalog tiers.
• Evaluate customization requests based on technical merit.
• Create security/vetting processes for new hardware models.
• Oversee lifecycle operations from procurement through disposal.
• Drive data accuracy and reconciliation across asset records.
• Integrate asset management with discovery, endpoint management, and ITSM systems.
• Automate asset tracking and reconciliation workflows.
• Lead financial planning for hardware assets (CapEx vs OpEx).
• Reconcile purchasing, accounts payable, and fixed-asset register.
