Amazon seeks a Global Health & Safety (H&S) Audit Manager to lead the strategic direction of AWS's Internal Health & Safety Audit Program. You will shape how audits are conducted globally, mentor auditors, and partner with senior leadership to drive safety assurance at scale.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Legal, and regional teams, ensuring governance and continuous improvement of safety programs in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of conducting workplace risk investigations.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global H&S audit strategy and program.
• Lead and mentor a globally dispersed team of auditors across regions.
• Present audit program performance and risk recommendations to leadership.
• Establish audit mechanisms, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
