Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Growth & Marketing Lead, Integration to coordinate global GTM and marketing integration across platform firms. You will align workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive BAU handoffs while partnering with CRM, marketing ops, and finance teams.

You’ll translate priorities into phased plans, oversee budgets, and provide leadership with clear options and recommendations in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-workstream integrations in professional services or B2B.
• GTM and marketing operations leadership with cross-firm coordination.
• Ability to translate priorities into phased, executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate global platform-firm GTM and marketing integration end-to-end.
• Lead integration capability leads across multiple functions and workstreams.
• Ensure BAU handoffs and governance across the IMO and GTM teams.
• Develop playbooks, frameworks, and reusable approaches for future integrations.
• Prepare executive materials and provide decision-ready recommendations.
