Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) seeks a Transactions and PE Marketing Manager to shape go-to-market programs for the firm’s transactions advisory practice and private equity offerings. You will translate business priorities into multi-channel campaigns, content, and assets, coordinating with advisory and marketing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in B2B marketing, a marketing/ MBA background, and strong project management, with the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B professional services.
• Knowledge of private equity and transaction services is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns aligned to priority transactions and PE offerings.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and thought leadership.
• Ensure brand alignment and asset integration across marketing functions.
• Develop and distribute PE-focused content including insights and case studies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to create POVs and programs for clients.
• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on metrics.
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and processes.
• Travel as needed.
