Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an extraordinary GSOC Analyst to join our Global Security Operations Center, protecting personnel, assets, and information worldwide. You will monitor threats, analyze incidents, and produce actionable intelligence for internal security teams and leadership.

The role requires experience in a GSOC, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or security analytics.
• Ability to analyze risks across geopolitical, travel, physical security.
• Synthesize large volumes of multi-source information into actionable intelligence.
• Experience with Everbridge, Dataminr, ISOS or similar platforms.
• Support evaluation, testing and improvements of GSOC platforms.
• Strong understanding of global geopolitical dynamics.
• Capable of 24/7 shift work and high-pressure decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across HR, Legal, Crisis Management, IT and Travel.
• Attention to detail with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze threats in a 24/7 GSOC.
• Use OSINT, social media and AI-enabled tools to identify risks.
• Create intelligence products and incident reports for security teams.
• Provide travel security monitoring using ISOS.
• Support tactical intelligence during incidents and events.
• Monitor geopolitical developments and advise on business impact.
• Contribute to GSOC program improvements, workflows and tools.
