Job summary

Commerce is hiring a GSI Alliance Director to lead and scale high-impact partnerships with Global Systems Integrators such as Accenture and Deloitte. This strategic role focuses on data-first and commerce-first collaboration embedding CMRC solutions into GSIs' practices and client engagements.

You will own executive relationships, co-develop GTM strategies, generate pipeline, and build delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in strategic alliances, partner sales, channel management, or enterprise GTM roles.
• Proven ability to build trusted executive relationships with GSIs.
• Experience navigating GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte) and driving revenue.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate C-suite relationships within GSIs to position CMRC as a strategic partner.
• Design and execute global and regional GTM plans with target verticals.
• Drive sell-with and sell-through revenue with GSI account teams.
• Ensure GSI delivery teams are trained and enabled to scale CMRC solutions.
• Lead and scale the alliances team with clear KPIs and processes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Eng, and CS to align offerings.
