Job summary

MGM+ is Amazon's prestige streaming brand, seeking a leader to shape worldwide growth, pricing, and content strategy from day one. This executive will translate data into actionable recommendations, work across a matrixed organization, and report to the Global GM.

The role spans pricing, promotions, sampling, retention, and business development, with global scope and partnerships driving subscriber growth and P&L impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders.
• 12+ years in strategy, commercial, or business development within media/streaming.
• Experience with subscription or direct-to-consumer models.

Responsibilities

• Own worldwide subscriber growth and LTV strategy, incl. pricing, promotions, sampling, and retention.
• Link data/analytics to business decisions that move the P&L.
• Advise programming leadership on content mix, genres, and slate decisions.
• Collaborate with Global Data and Analytics to inform pricing, churn, and content investment models.
• Pursue distribution deals, sampling, and bundling to scale subscriber growth.
• Shape MGM+'s competitive position across US and international markets.
• Influence across programming, marketing, finance, and tech without direct authority.
• Define KPIs and present performance to senior leadership.
