• Deep expertise in customer acquisition, subscriptions, upsell strategies, retention, and monetization.
• Strong growth mindset with ability to set ambitious goals, test hypotheses, and adapt strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define Strategy & Vision: Own long-term growth strategy across the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
• Drive execution: Oversee product roadmaps and delivery to ensure measurable business impact.
• Lead & Grow Team: Build and scale a high-performing PM team with customer-focused culture.
• Balance Value Creation & Capture: Develop offerings delivering value while driving revenue.
• Experimentation & Optimization: Establish a culture of A/B testing and rapid iteration.
