Job summary

Kaye/Bassman International is assisting a Fortune 500 Medical Device company in identifying a Commercial Director to drive market expansion across the United States, Canada and LATAM. You will own end-to-end strategy, including commercial, operational and financial functions, and work with senior leaders to penetrate and grow the market.

Expertise in Class III implantable devices is essential, with direct cardiovascular experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

This role requires 10+ years of commercial med device leadership across marketing and sales.
Experience in sales ops, commercial planning and commercial insights is essential.
Strong executive presentation and influencing skills are required.
Class III implantable experience is a must; cardiac device experience is a bonus.
A Bachelor’s Degree or better is required; MBA or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive market expansion and adoption across the US, Canada and LATAM for a flagship portfolio.
Own end-to-end business strategy including commercial, operational and financial functions.
Develop strategies with commercial leadership to penetrate and grow the market.
Define best practices for sales managers and streamline processes.
Lead P&L ownership and oversee sales operations, market access, reimbursement, and training.
