You bring 10+ years in marketing, strong Marketo and CRM experience, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams in technical industries. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a market-based salary.

Qualifications

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong digital and performance focus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Substantial leadership in both demand generation and marketing operations; able to run a complete demand engine.
Industry context in semiconductors, electronic components, or technical B2B with long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Own the global demand engine: go-to-market programs, digital marketing, marketing operations, analytics, and events.
Translate product line strategy into integrated marketing programs and lead Program Managers.
Oversee Marketo administration, lifecycle, and CRM integration (Dynamics 365).
Manage global events, budget, and vendor relationships; measure impact on pipeline and revenue.
