Job summary

Modo Energy is hiring a Growth Associate - Product Marketing to help more people discover and sign up. This generalist role touches marketing, product, and multiple teams, with global reach as Australia and Europe marketing operate from our office.

You’ll drive campaigns, craft emails, and demonstrate Ko, our AI analyst. You’ll work directly with the Head of Product Marketing and shape how we talk about our indices, revenue forecasts, and product updates.

Qualifications

• Generalist mindset with proven ability to drive, learn quickly, and operate beyond a defined scope.
• Experience shipping independent projects, campaigns, or newsletters.

Responsibilities

• Create content to explain Modo Energy's products, including short videos, emails, social posts, and demos of Ko in action.
• Own customer-facing communications—campaign emails, re-engagement sequences, and product comms—at a high bar with minimal rewrites.
• Run campaigns for new markets (Australia, Europe) and collaborate with regional teams remotely.
• Own top-of-funnel growth metrics and track what drives discovery and conversions.
• Report weekly, iterate quickly, and ensure decisions are grounded in data and what works.
