Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field and active CPA.
• 10+ years progressive accounting experience including multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience in nonprofit/international-development sector.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge including nonprofit/grant accounting and ASC 958.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation.
• Own internal-control framework over financial reporting.
• Lead audits and donor/grant reporting.
• Direct US tax and regulatory compliance.
