Reporting to the Senior Grants Manager, you will help ensure compliance, due diligence, and efficient processing of multi-million-dollar grantmaking across diverse countries, while benefiting from Astraea's comprehensive benefits package

• Supports compliance, due diligence, and processing of grantmaking in 65+ countries and 340+ grants annually.
• Ensures a smooth, welcoming experience for applicants and grantees with Astraea's grantmaking systems.
