Job summary

Catholic Relief Services is seeking a Global Grants and Compliance Manager to lead financial management and compliance across a portfolio of global projects. The role requires strong donor reporting experience, travels up to 30%, and collaboration with program, finance, and field staff to ensure adherence to CRS/donor requirements.

You will develop reporting tools, support budget development, and guide sub-recipients through compliance and reporting processes, contributing to high-quality grant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum three years of progressive grants management experience.
• Strong demonstrated experience in the areas of finance and program management.
• Experience in setting and monitoring complex budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal contact on global grant financial management and compliance.
• Support agreement development, review, and approval at CRS and sub-recipient levels.
• Assess partner financial capacity and develop action plans.
• Contribute to project start‑up, mid‑term and close‑out meetings.
• Develop and maintain reporting/tracking system for sub-recipients.
• Support grant management teams and address donor conditions.
