Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development and negotiations for both prime contracts and subcontract opportunities.
• Support contract execution through working with team members to release RFPs/quotations, negotiating positions, documenting trade-offs for leadership, tracking deliverables, and closing contracts.
• Develop international contract management team short term and long term goals/objectives.
• Establish and execute a plan to achieve the documented goals/objectives.
• Working with finance partners, track metrics regarding actual contractual spend and revenue; forecasted financials; milestones.
• Establish, maintain and execute SOP and templates related to international contracts.
