Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with heavy workload and standing for long periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High level of self-organization, precise and quality-oriented.
• Flexible to work different shifts including weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive ordered foods and beverages, check delivery notes, verify quantity and quality and reject unacceptable products according to internal procedures.
• Maintain traceability; assign internal lot numbers and Julian-based dating for all ingredients.
• Distribute products per food safety rules; adhere to HACCP; perform inventory and storage according to FIFO and dating rules.
• Breakdown pallets and boxes; store items in designated areas; ensure receiving area is cleared timely and labeled with Julian codes.
• Ensure all components receive Julian labels and storage follows First-In-First-Out guidelines.
