PUMA SE is seeking a Product Development professional in Carlsbad for cross-functional development of golf club products. You will coordinate with Product Management, R&D, and Operations to ensure timely launches and on-time delivery across global teams.

Role requires 2-4 years in golf product development, strong MS Project skills, and experience with PLM/BOM processes. Travel up to 20% may be involved, and a Bachelor's in engineering is required.

Formación

• 2-4 years of golf club or related sporting goods product development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
• Strong project management skills with MS Project knowledge.
• Experience with ProChain and BOM/PLM processes is helpful.
• Ability to analyze P&L, balance sheet and cash flow impacts of supply decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Work cross functionally with Product Management, R&D, Innovation, Operations & Sales to coordinate on-time development and delivery.
• Create and manage project schedules; analyze progress and adjust scenarios for timely launches.
• Coordinate with Tier 1/2 suppliers and integrate supplier feedback into schedules.
• Lead cost quoting and negotiations; review program costs including tooling and margins.
• Support global commercialization deliverables and inventory readiness.
