Job summary

PUMA Group seeks a seasoned Merchandising/Product Management leader for the US market to drive seasonal line architecture, pricing alignment, and cross-channel collaboration. You will partner with Global Product Line Management to deliver market-ready products and compelling presentations for Key Accounts.

You will analyze sell-through trends, guide assortment planning, and coordinate with Sales, Planning, and Design to maximize brand wins. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Merchandising or Product Management in wholesale or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field.
• Strong business orientation with analytical aptitude and retail math knowledge.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product marketing and design teams.
• Knowledge of the US golf marketplace including distribution channels and pricing, regional variances.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive seasonal line architecture, assortment, and lifecycle plans aligned with category growth and key accounts.
• Partner with Global Product Line Management to meet channel needs and pricing requirements.
• Present seasonal architecture to global teams with insights and commercial input.
• Create and deliver product presentations for internal sales meetings and Key Account pre-lines.
• Oversee briefing of margin-appropriate products and programs based on market needs and customer insights.
