Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced GM, Business Development to drive strategic growth and expand the company's presence across hyperscale cloud providers, AI infrastructure, enterprise, and global data center markets.

This executive leadership role focuses on originating and developing transformational opportunities exceeding $1 billion, engaging C-level executives, and accelerating long-term growth in AI infrastructure and cloud ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in AI infrastructure, hyperscale cloud, or data centers.
• Proven track record of creating strategic partnerships and large-scale opportunities.
• Executive relationships with major cloud providers and AI players.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive leader for worldwide strategic Business Development.
• Identify and develop transformational opportunities worth billions.
• Develop long-term strategies to expand presence with hyperscalers and AI firms.
• Engage C-level executives across global data center operators and AI companies.
• Build strategic partnerships to drive multi-year growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and product/marketing teams to align roadmaps.
• Travel extensively (50–70%) to strengthen executive relationships.
