Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a detail-oriented General Ledger Accountant to support day-to-day GL operations for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and IFRS compliance. You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities, while handling supplier invoices and travel & expense processing in a dynamic, international environment.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, HR and Procurement, contributing to policy documentation, internal controls, and ERP

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Fluent English in a truly international environment.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger operations: journal entries, reconciliations, close activities.
• Maintain records for prepaid expenses, accruals and fixed assets; assist with audits.
• Manage supplier invoices across multiple channels and liaise with HQ on disputed invoices.
• Oversee Travel & Expense reports, ensure policy compliance and provide user support.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, HR and Procurement to improve processes and controls.
• Assist with accounting policies and ERP system enhancements.
