Job summary

Cybastion seeks a strategic leader to head its Group legal function across all entities and jurisdictions. You will drive entity creation, governance, and cross-border contracting to enable secure market expansion and structured financing.

The role requires a Master’s in Law with 12–15 years’ international corporate experience, fluency in English and French, and proven multi-jurisdiction project leadership within U.S. and francophone African/HOA DA contexts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law with focus on international business law.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in corporate law and multi-jurisdiction projects.
• Fluent in English and French with U.S. and OHADA exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group legal function across entities and jurisdictions.
• Develop and oversee entity creation and governance across multiple jurisdictions (U.S. and OHADA).
• Secure structured financing transactions, manage key contracts and external counsel.
