Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking a Manager of General Affairs to lead operations across Holland, Lansing, Matteson, and Phoenix. You will supervise General Affairs Specialists and set service standards for international employee support, onboarding, and contractor administration.

Role requires strong Korean-English communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and multi-site process development. Occasional travel is expected to support global mobility and HQ coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, International Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in General Affairs, global mobility, expatriate support, HR, or related function.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Professional bilingual proficiency in Korean and English due to ongoing responsibilities.
• Experience supporting international employees, expatriates, business travelers, or global operations.
• Experience developing administrative processes across multiple teams or locations.
• Willingness to travel to supported U.S. locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Affairs operations across Holland, Lansing, Matteson, and Phoenix locations with standardized processes.
• Oversee administrative and onsite support for Korean expatriates, FSEs, travelers, and contractors.
• Develop and maintain standardized processes for international employee support and onboarding.
• Coordinate HQ business traveler logistics, onboarding, and inquiries.
• Oversee contractor administration and multinational site coordination.
• Manage catering, office administration, space planning, and supplies.
• Ensure records and documentation for General Affairs activities are maintained.
