Job summary

Mobis South Carolina Electrified Powertrain (MSCe) seeks a General Affairs Assistant Manager to establish and stabilize site operations for a new manufacturing entity. Lead GA functions, ensure efficient workplace operations, vendor governance, asset control, and regulatory compliance to support business continuity and employee experience.

The role covers infrastructure setup, security, and vendor management, with budget ownership and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, facility operations, or workplace management
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and facility operations
• Experience in site setup, operational stabilization, or multi-functional workplace management is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of GA policies, standards, and operating procedures for MSCe
• Oversee and optimize workplace operations to ensure efficient, scalable site management
• Own end-to-end asset lifecycle management including procurement, tracking, transfer, and disposal
• Manage facility operations including maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping for safety and service quality
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management with cost optimization
• Oversee employee services including travel coordination and relocation support for seamless experience
• Maintain corporate administrative infrastructure including directory management and internal comms
• Ensure site security systems and access controls comply with policies and regulations
• Serve as liaison with HQ in Korea, Hyundai affiliates, and local authorities for continuity
• Plan and execute company-wide events and engagement programs to enhance culture
• Own GA budget including planning, tracking, variance analysis and cost optimization
