Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Worldwide Specialist Solutions Architect focused on Agentic Development, Data & AI GTM.

You will be the SME for GenAI solutions, guiding customers on GenAI-enabled architectures and adoption paths, and delivering briefs and deep dives. You will collaborate with global SA teams to enable large-scale customer use cases and develop technical content and field enablement materials.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; bring feedback to product teams to influence feature development and roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock customers’ critical challenges.
• Share best practices through forums, blogs, whitepapers and public-speaking events.
• Partner with Business Development to define technical components of GTM concepts and initiatives.
• Develop internal communities of technical subject matter experts and create enablement materials.
