Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an AWS GenAI Specialist SA to define GTM strategy and implement generative AI solutions for complex customer challenges.

You will interact with customers directly to understand problems, design scalable architectures and guide adoption paths for GenAI services. You will collaborate with data scientists, solution architects and regional teams to enable large-scale customer use cases, deliver briefing sessions, and develop white papers and reference

Qualifications

• 7+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
• 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in technical consulting and at least one programming language (e.g. .NET, Java, Python).

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; bring feedback to product teams to influence feature development and roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock customers’ largest business challenges.
• Share best practices through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and events (AWS Summit, re:Invent).
• Partner with Business Development to define technical components of GTM concepts and initiatives.
• Develop and support an internal AWS community of technical subject matter experts worldwide; create enablement materials.
