Job summary

Referment, a global investment firm, is seeking a technical program manager for its generative AI technology services team. The role leads sprint planning and delivery across a portfolio of AI products and workstreams, coordinating cross-site teams to scale the firmwide AI platform.

You will map dependencies, set timelines, allocate resources, and report to stakeholders in technical and non-technical language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–12 years of program or project management experience managing a portfolio of concurrent initiatives.
• Proven track record of execution and delivering initiatives.
• Excellent written communication for mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to implement program management practices with minimal ramp-up.
• Comfort coordinating across sites and time zones; technical fluency or related degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning and manage delivery throughput across a portfolio of generative AI products and workstreams.
• Map cross-functional dependencies, set timelines, and drive accountability across the team.
• Support prioritization and resource allocation in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with the firm's India-based team and align cross-site operations with a program manager counterpart.
• Handle tactical and operational requests and own recurring stakeholder reporting for both technical and non-technical audiences.
