You will design future-state delivery models, standardize processes, and enable enterprise-wide efficiency, with travel up to 50% and collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy and design across multiple functions.
• Minimum of 2 years in Global Capability Centers, GBS, or shared services.
• Experience in 2+ enterprise functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements at headquarters.
• Design future-state multi-function service delivery models aligned with target operating model.
• Drive process standardization, operational excellence, and scalable delivery.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ for broader efficiency.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
