Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager in San Diego to shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup, collaborating with solution teams and client stakeholders to define scalable delivery models and governance.

You will drive modern engineering practices, support enterprise transformation programs, and enable efficient operations across the GCC, with significant cross-functional interaction and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GCC strategy, org design, operating models, and large-scale IT transformation.
• 2+ years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation across cross-functional programs.
• 1+ year using AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights to boost innovation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements at HQ, with deep expertise in product engineering, platform engineering, software delivery, and engineering operating models.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable delivery models, and recommend approaches aligned with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance to enable high-quality, efficient operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, accelerating digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
