Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager of Finance to join our global consumer health organization. The role focuses on GAAP-compliant general ledger oversight, financial reporting, and strategic partnering with leadership across manufacturing operations.

You will lead a finance team, drive performance metrics, develop comprehensive reports for management and creditors, and help implement new accounting systems and data visualization to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 10+ years managerial accounting/finance experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Proven track record leading finance teams and driving results.
• Deep expertise in GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support general ledger maintenance in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Assist the Assistant Controller oversee support of Financial Planning & Analysis and Transactional Accounting departments.
• Develop comprehensive financial reports for management, creditors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and oversee posting of cash transaction flows.
• Facilitate development of new financial and accounting systems and data visualization.
