Quality Talent Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the general ledger and financial reporting in a manufacturing environment. You will oversee GAAP compliance, develop management reports, and support planning and analysis with data-driven insights.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting and 10+ years of managerial accounting experience, with a proven track record of leading finance teams and driving results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
• 10+ years managerial accounting/finance experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support general ledger maintenance in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Assist the Assistant Controller oversee FP&A and Transactional Accounting departments.
• Develop comprehensive financial reports for management, creditors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and oversee posting of cash transaction flows.
