Job summary

State Street in Boston, MA is seeking a Project Manager - Global Funds Management, Officer, to coordinate ETF and mutual fund launches and manage cross-functional initiatives across State Street Investment Management and State Street Bank and Trust.

You will lead product implementation, and change management activities, and ensure timely delivery while managing risks and dependencies in a complex operating ecosystem. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years ETF or Mutual Fund industry experience.
• Experience in project management and/or multi-functional roles with visibility.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Demonstrates curiosity for emerging technologies, including AI, and proactively leverages tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of ETF, mutual fund, and commingled fund structures as a subject matter expert.
• Lead or participate in Product Innovation meetings to understand upcoming product pipelines.
• Drive product implementation and change management activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across State Street Investment Management and State Street Bank and Trust on scope, capabilities, planning, and execution.
• Monitor implementation plans for deviations and risks.
• Facilitate analysis and execution of disclosure content for system handoff.
• Maintain project management processes supporting strategic initiatives and firm objectives.
