Job summary

Brookfield Corp. is seeking an Associate in the Global Client Group to support fundraising for infrastructure and energy transition funds.

You will coordinate with internal teams, investors, and external advisors to craft and execute fundraising strategies that align with quarterly and annual objectives. You will prepare materials, manage communications, and participate in leadership discussions while building investor relationships across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

Post graduate degree in finance, business management or another relevant discipline.
4+ years of fundraising experience for private fund strategies, including closed-ended funds.
Strong understanding of LP landscape across key regions and investor types.
Solid financial analytical capabilities and investment reporting experience.
Experience in infrastructure or renewable power & transition asset classes preferred.

Responsibilities

Support fundraising lifecycle at all stages, coordinating with internal partners and investors.
Develop and implement fundraising strategy to generate investor interest and momentum.
Monitor and adjust fundraise strategy as market conditions change.
Prepare fundraise updates and participate in leadership meetings.
Create and manage fund-specific marketing materials (offering memoranda, investor decks).
Plan roadshows, conferences, and other fundraising events; conduct market research.
