Brookfield Asset Management LLC in New York offers an internship with the Global Client Group, supporting the closed-end fundraising lifecycle. You will assist leadership, develop materials, and work with investor relations, marketing, and legal teams.
The role provides exposure to fundraising strategies, market trends, and quantitative and qualitative analysis in a fast-paced environment for students pursuing a finance- or business-related degree.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, business, accounting or another relevant discipline. Must be available to work part‑time during regular business hours through May 2027 Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in financial services, asset management, investments, private markets or fundraising. Expected to graduate following completion of the internship, with preference for students entering their junior or senior year.
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short‑term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
