Job summary

Brookfield is seeking an Associate in the Diligence Management team in New York to oversee end-to-end due diligence for private funds. You will partner with CRMs, Investor Relations and risk/compliance stakeholders to deliver high-quality diligence materials and drive investor conversions for Brookfield’s open-ended core infrastructure fund.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, marketing or related discipline.
• Experience in private fund marketing, due diligence or client services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure asset class and institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage due diligence deliverables (DDQs, RFPs, data sets) for fundraising.
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, asset tours and on-site visits.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Legal, Tax and investment teams to support diligence.
• Maintain consultant databases and update marketing collateral during fundraising.
