Job summary

Fidelity is hiring a Manager FFIO Global Product Solutions to support asset management, investment product and distribution channels in portfolio launches, retirement plan conversions, mergers and liquidations, and product-structure changes. You will coordinate with internal and third‑party partners to ensure timely, accurate delivery of fund event operations.

The role spans front-, middle-, and back‑office functions and aims to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Fund operations experience in accounting, valuation, custody.
General investment product knowledge including product pricing, investment structures, regulatory framework, and/or distribution.
Familiarity with portfolio transition management, security settlements, foreign markets.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and third-party partners to provide timely, accurate delivery of operational components of fund events.
Work across front-, middle-, and back-office functions to ensure consistency and improve the customer experience.
Collaborate with investment operations, trading, compliance, legal, and oversight teams to bring new products and services to customers.
