Fidelity Investments in Westlake, TX seeks a Manager – FFIO Global Product Solutions to coordinate asset management operations for portfolio launches, conversions, mergers, and product changes. You will work with internal and external partners to ensure accurate, timely delivery of fund events and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience preferred.
Fund operations experience in accounting, valuation, custody.
General investment product knowledge including pricing and regulatory framework.
Familiarity with portfolio transition management and security settlements.
Experience with foreign markets and investments.

Responsibilities

Support asset management, investment products and distribution channels in portfolio launches and related fund events.
Coordinate with internal and third‑party partners to ensure timely delivery of operational components.
Improve the customer experience by driving consistency across front-, middle-, and back-office functions.
