Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Design Responsible for Fuel and Urea Delivery Modules to lead a team of engineers across NA programs. You will drive design, development, synthesis, and release while maintaining global core responsibilities for related components.

You will collaborate with Tier 1/2 suppliers, AVE, PCAL and EE to resolve feasibility, packaging, and timing challenges, ensuring robust, manufacturable designs and program milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years design and release experience in fuels and urea systems.
• Excellent understanding of fuels and urea systems requirements.
• Involvement in three major launches.
• Experience leading engineers, directly or indirectly.
• Understanding of warranty information systems.
• Knowledge of vehicle packaging, NVH, Aerothermal.
• Reactive Green Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers for design, development, synthesis and release of fuel/urea systems.
• Coordinate with Tier 1/2 suppliers and AVE, PCAL and EE for issue resolution and timing.
• Develop and maintain core documents, DFMEA, DVP&R, and design standards.
• Ensure manufacturability and serviceability across multiple manufacturing technologies.
• Support program launches and cost reduction initiatives.
