Job summary

Dole Fresh Fruit Company in Charlotte, NC seeks an International Supply Chain Manager to lead the NA Product Distribution team and implement strategic initiatives in costs, quality, and inventory management.

You will coordinate with Regional Product Management, develop training for the Product Distribution Analyst, and drive improvements in pre-order processes, vessel optimization, and NA-Latin American collaboration using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with NA supply chain and regional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Product Distribution team to implement cost, quality, and inventory strategies.
• Review weekly pre-orders with Regional Product Management to cut handling costs.
• Develop and train Product Distribution Analysts on end-to-end pre-orders.
• Improve vessel optimization, port stowage, and cold chain integrity.
• Create Power BI tools to identify opportunity gaps.
• Coordinate with Global teams on inventory management and sourcing.
• Assess third-party shipping vs NA fleet efficiency.
