STATE STREET CORPORATION in Boston is seeking a motivated analyst to support the Agency Lending front office and trading desks within Financing Solutions. You will partner with trading desks to manage lifecycle activities, ensure timely settlement, and resolve breaks, while coordinating with Operations, Risk, and compliance teams.

The role emphasizes learning, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 7+ financial services experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Very strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Agency Lending Trading desks to support lifecycle management of securities lending transactions.
• Manage daily front-office support activities to ensure contractual accuracy and operational integrity.
• Review, investigate and resolve trade discrepancies and settlement issues with stakeholders.
